Day Navigators

All day, with a Focus on Future@Work 12-2PM, Street Works/MJN

Start your festival journey at this welcoming space, where you can get oriented, meet a Navigator, and reflect on what brought you here. Pull up a chair in a small circle and take a moment to settle in. You’ll be invited to consider questions like:

  • What does a just future of work look like to you?

  • What brings you joy?

  • What are you here to learn, build, or connect to?

You can share your thoughts through conversation, writing, drawing, or collaging. Your reflections will become part of a growing collaborative artwork at the center of the circle, a shared expression of what matters to us all. Navigators are also here to help you make sense of the event, learn more about how it came to be, and find activities that connect with your interests. Whether you're here for the career fair, climate actions, or art-making, you can begin with intention here.

We are looking for more volunteers to help us host this space alongside the overall event! If you love interacting with people and are interested in getting deeply involved in the festival, we'd love to hear from you. Please email collective@makejusticenormal.org.
