Created by ALIGN and Street Works/Make Justice Normal, this resource space is meant for people looking to work in progressive nonprofit, social enterprise, or justice centered work. We center folks who are underrepresented in these fields or face systemic barriers to employment and fair treatment.
Future@Work started as the name of a career fair in a street arts festival, co-designed by ALIGN, El Puente, Street Works, WE ACT for Environmental Justice, Waterfront Alliance, Kaleidospace, Make Justice Normal, Street Works, and Veggie Nuggets. It asks: what if career development were rooted in justice, care, creativity, and community?
