Calling Volunteers for Street WorKs Earth
We’re looking for volunteers to help bring Street Works Earth to life. Whether you can give a few hours or join us throughout the day, there are many ways to contribute. To sign up, email collective@makejusticenormal.org:

The most important thing is flexibility, especially on the day of the event. We’ll do our best to match people with roles that fit their interests and availability.
Journey / Career Share Participants: Share your story of how you got into your work and how it connects to climate or justice with a small group. Time commitment: ~40 minutes in early September and ~1.5 hours during the event. Fill out the web form to sign up.
Co-Facilitators for Activities? Support group activities alongside lead facilitators. Time commitment: ~1 hour in September, all day on Sept 21.
Set-Up / Break Down Crew: Help transform the space before and after the event. Time commitment: 8:00–11:30am and/or 6:00–8:00pm on Sept 21.
Errand Runners / Floaters: Support the event by running key errands and filling in where needed. Time commitment: All day on Sept 21.
Resume Workshop Lead: Facilitate a short, practical session to help people strengthen their resumes. Time commitment: ~40 minutes in August and ~2 hours on Sept 21.
High School Application Workshop Lead: Lead a session for students and families navigating the high school application process. Time commitment: ~40 minutes in August and ~2 hours on Sept 21.
One-on-One Resume Reviewers: Offer individual resume feedback to attendees. Time commitment: At least 50 minutes during the event, more if you’re available.
Flier / Sign Designers: Design clear, engaging print materials for use at the event.
Time commitment: 5–6 hours in August.Volunteer Translators: Help translate materials and offer day-of language support (especially Spanish and Bangla). Time commitment: ~4 hours in August and availability on Sept 21.
