Jackson Heights Indivisible

Jackson Heights Indivisible is a grassroots community organization bringing neighbors together to take action on issues at the local, state, and national levels. We believe lasting change is built through collective action, civic engagement, and strong community connections.

Our members organize around a range of causes, including immigration justice, election and policy education, LGBTQIA+ rights, climate justice, opposition to the proposed Metropolitan Park casino, and defending democracy.

We are committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and energizing space where people can connect, learn, and take action together. In addition to advocacy, we build community through activities like "Know Your Rights" (KYR) canvassing, community outreach, book club, social events, and other volunteer opportunities.
