Are you 17–24 and interested in climate, the environment, design, art, community work, or creating a more resilient New York? Meet the Waterfront Alliance team at the festival to learn about the new Climate Resilience Fellowship, a hands-on training and career program over 16 weeks for young people from New York City communities on the frontlines of climate change.

Participants who complete specific fellowship requirements also receive a $700 honorarium. Explore real-world pathways into climate adaptation, environmental justice, waterfront planning, education, and community engagement while building the skills, networks, and confidence to help shape a more resilient future.
